I plan on taking a spin class, every day of this week! (Well, not everyday as I am excluding Saturday and Sunday)
For the next 5 days, I hope to see if I notice a change in my weight.
See how I feel.
And mostly see if I can do spin, five days in a row!
Starting weight is: 132 lbs!
